Brunvoll encourages everybody to follow the guidelines and restrictions put forward by our authorities so we together can reduce the severe impact of the COVID-19 and do what we can to stay healthy.
Brunvoll’s response to the situation includes
- Numerous preventive measures at our facilities to prevent our employees from risk of infection.
- Restricted travel activities, which unfortunately may prevent physical presence from Brunvoll staff. However, we have our 24-hour Emergency Support Telephone attended by experts to solve operational issues. In many countries, we have local representatives for general service attendance.
- Restricted access to our factories and workplace. All visitors and freight forwarders are requested to contact us in advance for information and access.
During this period, Brunvoll will do whatever possible to maintain “business as usual”, and we put efforts in securing a functioning logistics and supply chain to ensure continuity in our business.
Brunvoll is fully committed to provide customer care also in the demanding situation we all are facing these days. We encourage online meetings and communication with our project-, sales- and service teams via Skype, email and phone.
